Terms of Service

Last updated 2 September 2026

1. Agreement

By ordering or using any SpeedNext service you agree to these terms. If you are ordering on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it. These terms apply alongside our Privacy Policy and any product-specific service description.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration and billing details and keep them current. You are responsible for all activity under your account, for your account credentials, and for the content and code you or your users deploy.

3. Billing and renewals

Services are billed in advance for the term you select. Promotional prices apply to the first term only; the renewal price is shown next to the promotional price at checkout and on your invoice.

Invoices are issued before the renewal date. Services unpaid seven days after the due date may be suspended, and accounts unpaid 21 days after the due date may be terminated with data deleted.

4. Refunds

Shared, mini, business, cloud and reseller hosting carry a 7-day money-back guarantee from first purchase. VPS, dedicated servers, managed services, domain registrations, transfers, SSL certificates and third-party licences are non-refundable.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method and exclude any domain registration fee where a free domain was claimed.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use our services to host or transmit unlawful material, child sexual abuse material, phishing pages, malware, spam, or content that infringes intellectual property rights.

Bulk unsolicited email, network scanning, denial-of-service activity, cryptocurrency mining on shared platforms, and any process that repeatedly degrades a shared node are prohibited. We may suspend an account immediately where an activity threatens platform stability or other customers.

6. Resource usage

“Unlimited” bandwidth and database allowances are subject to fair use: they are intended for normal website operation, not for file distribution, backup storage or media streaming. We will contact you before acting where usage becomes disproportionate, except where the platform is at immediate risk.

7. Backups

We take automatic backups as described in each plan and will restore from them on request, but backups are a courtesy, not a substitute for your own copies. You remain responsible for maintaining independent backups of critical data.

8. Uptime and SLA

We target 99.9% network and server availability, excluding scheduled maintenance, customer-caused faults and events beyond our reasonable control. Where a service-level credit applies, it is requested through a support ticket within 30 days of the incident and is issued as account credit.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the affected service in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profit, lost revenue, lost data or indirect losses.

10. Suspension and termination

You may cancel any service from the client area, effective at the end of the paid term. We may suspend or terminate a service for non-payment, breach of these terms, or where required by law, with notice wherever it is practical to give it.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced at least 14 days in advance by email or in the client area, and continued use after they take effect constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Mumbai have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
