Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect
We collect the details you give us when you create an account, buy a service or contact support: name, billing address, email address, phone number and payment reference. Card numbers are handled by our payment processors and are never stored on our systems.
We also record technical data generated by using the service โ IP addresses, browser and device information, server and access logs โ which we need to operate, secure and troubleshoot the platform.
2. How we use your information
To provision and operate the services you ordered, to bill you, to provide support, to prevent abuse and fraud, and to send service notices such as maintenance windows and renewal reminders.
Marketing email is sent only where you have opted in, and every message includes a one-click unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing does not affect service notices.
3. Domain registration data
Registry rules require us to submit registrant details to the relevant domain registry. WHOIS privacy is enabled free of charge where the registry permits it, which replaces your personal details in public WHOIS output.
4. Sharing with third parties
We share data only with processors that make the service work: payment gateways, domain registries and registrars, email delivery providers, datacentre partners and support tooling. We do not sell personal data.
We may disclose information where required by law, by a valid court order or to protect our rights, our customers or the public.
5. Data retention
Account and billing records are kept for as long as your account is active and afterwards for the period tax and accounting law requires. Server logs are retained for up to 12 months. Backups of terminated hosting accounts are purged within 30 days of termination.
6. Security
Data in transit is encrypted with TLS. Access to production systems is restricted, logged and protected with multi-factor authentication. Backups are stored on separate infrastructure with restricted access. No system is perfectly secure, and we will notify affected customers promptly if a breach affects their data.
7. Your rights
You may request a copy of the personal data we hold, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it where we are not legally required to keep it, or object to marketing use. Write to privacy@speednext.com and we will respond within 30 days.
8. Cookies
Our website uses cookies that are necessary for login and cart functionality, plus analytics cookies that help us understand which pages perform badly. You can block cookies in your browser, though parts of the client area will stop working.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the service or the law changes. Material changes are announced by email or in the client area at least 14 days before they take effect.
10. Contact
